Eligibility & Age Restriction

Where ace6365 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately and no withdrawals will be processed until full age verification is completed. If it is subsequently confirmed that the player was under 18 at the time of registration, all deposits will be returned (net of any withdrawals already processed) and the account permanently closed. Any winnings generated during the period of underage access will be forfeited.

Account Registration & Verification

The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
One Account Policy: ace6365 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account at any given time. Opening or attempting to open a second account — whether under the same or a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals held across those accounts.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount at ace6365 is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on your account and that is registered in your verified name. ace6365 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts registered in a different name, or new payment methods that have not been verified. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will be held pending completion of KYC.
Withdrawal Limits: Standard accounts have a default maximum withdrawal of ৳100,000 per day and ৳500,000 per month. VIP tier players are eligible for elevated withdrawal limits based on their tier level. Limits reset at 00:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) each day.
Failed or Delayed Transactions: If a deposit does not credit to your account within 60 minutes of the payment being confirmed on your mobile wallet or bank statement, please contact ace6365 support via live chat with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to re-initiate the same payment without first confirming the original transaction failed.

Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and these general rules, the specific promotional terms will take precedence.
Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your ace6365 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Free spin winnings carry a standard wagering requirement of 20x. - Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games typically contribute 10–20%, and sports bets contribute subject to the specific promotion terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

- Bets placed after the official start of an event (for pre-match markets) or after the relevant in-play moment has occurred are void and will be refunded to your account balance.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on ace6365, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, responsible, and good-faith manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point in your use of the platform.
- Money Laundering: Using ace6365 as a vehicle to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. ace6365 is required to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities and will do so without prior notice to the player.

- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or reversal with your payment provider in respect of a deposit made to ace6365 without first attempting to resolve the issue through ace6365 support. Chargebacks are treated as a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.
- Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language towards ace6365 support staff or other players in any communication channel associated with the platform.
ace6365 reserves the right to investigate any account activity that it deems suspicious or potentially in breach of these obligations. During an investigation, the relevant account may be temporarily restricted to prevent further deposits, withdrawals, or wager placement. ace6365 will endeavour to resolve investigations within 10 business days but reserves the right to extend this period where the investigation requires third-party input.

Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your ace6365 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, ace6365 will process the closure within 3 business days. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.
Self-Exclusion: If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, you may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are treated with the highest priority and will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Involuntary Suspension or Closure: ace6365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that one or more of the following has occurred:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage.
- Underage gambling or evidence that the registered player is under 18.
- Money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity using the platform.
- Duplicate account registration in breach of the one-account policy.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes raised with a payment provider.
- Abusive behaviour towards staff or other players.
Where an account is closed by ace6365 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in full, including both real-money and bonus funds. ace6365 will not be liable for any losses, costs, or damages arising from an account suspension or closure carried out in good faith pursuant to these Terms.
Section 9
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace6365 and its officers, directors, employees, technology partners, and payment processing partners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense — whether direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of, or inability to use, the ace6365 platform or any part thereof.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service offered thereon, including maintenance periods, technical failures, or force majeure events.
- Any error, omission, delay, or defect in the transmission or reception of any data between your device and ace6365 servers.
- Any loss of winnings or inability to place a bet arising from a technical failure, network outage, or system error.
- Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
- Any reliance placed by you on the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed on the platform, including odds, scores, statistics, or promotional content.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes ace6365's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, ace6365's aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms
ace6365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, changes to the services offered by the platform, or updates to responsible gaming or payment processing policies. Amended Terms will take effect from the date shown as the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
Where a material change is made to these Terms — meaning a change that substantively affects your rights or obligations as a player — ace6365 will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days before the change takes effect. However, you are solely responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed. Governing Language: These Terms & Conditions are written in English. The English version is the binding version. Any translations provided for convenience do not create additional rights or obligations and in the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
